YGION is developing a pipeline of targeted immune therapies that uniquely stimulate the immune system to mount an anti-tumor response.
YG-01
YG‑01, a fully personalized neoantigen peptide‑based immunotherapy designed to prevent recurrence following surgery and standard-of-care treatment. Advanced next-generation sequencing maps the molecular profile of tumor and healthy tissue and patient specific neoantigens are identified and ranked using our YGNITE bioinformatics pipeline. Multiple patient specific neoantigen peptides are combined with our CARGONAUT carrier to generate patient specific YG-01.
YG-01 is initially in development for glioblastoma. YGION has recieved regulatory approval for clinical trial entry, and Phase 1 studies begin in H2 2026.
YG-02
YG‑02 is an off-the-shelf next‑generation immunotherapy program designed to deliver focused immune activation. Designed around checkpoint inhibition, YG‑02 is engineered to be transient and more precise, aiming to enhance anti‑tumor immune responses while reducing unnecessary immune exposure.
YG‑02 is an off-the-shelf product that enables scalable development while maintaining immune specificity. The program is currently in preclinical development, where its safety and immune‑modulating potential are being evaluated.
